Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellation requests wherever possible.

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

In case of successful cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method within a standard timeframe.

Empressy Emporium reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.
